1. Custom Orders and Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable except under the conditions outlined below. This includes custom ADA-compliant signage, printed or engraved products, and any other items specifically tailored to your specifications.

2. Order Accuracy

Order Confirmation: Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. It is your responsibility to review the details of your order carefully. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us within 24 hours to make corrections.

Proof Approval (Optional)

For custom designs, we offer the option to purchase a digital proof for your approval before production begins. The proof allows you to review and confirm that all design elements, text, and specifications meet your expectations.

  • Proof Purchase: If you choose to purchase a digital proof, please carefully review it upon receipt. By approving the proof, you confirm that all details are correct, and production will proceed accordingly.

  • No Proof: If you decide not to purchase a digital proof, you trust our expertise to make the best decisions regarding your design. We will use our professional judgment to ensure your product meets the highest standards of quality and accuracy. Please note that in this case, any errors or discrepancies due to design decisions will not be eligible for refunds or remakes.

We highly recommend purchasing a proof to ensure complete satisfaction with your custom product.

3. Defects and Errors

Defective Products: If you receive a product that is defective due to a manufacturing error, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will require photos and a detailed description of the defect. Upon verification, we will either remake the product or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

Incorrect Products: If you receive a product that does not match the approved proof or the specifications outlined in your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will require photos and a detailed description of the discrepancy. Upon verification, we will either correct the error by remaking the product or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

4. Damage During Shipping

We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. However, if your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will require photos of the damaged packaging and product. Upon verification, we will remake and reship the product at no additional cost to you.

5. Cancellation Policy

Custom Orders: Custom orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if production has already begun.
