4. Custom Artwork and Products

a. Artwork Submission: When you upload artwork to our Site for custom products, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to the artwork or have obtained the necessary permissions to use it. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify the artwork for the purpose of creating your custom products.

b. Artwork Guidelines: We reserve the right to refuse any artwork that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of any laws or regulations.

c. Product Quality: We strive to produce high-quality custom products based on the artwork you provide. However, due to the nature of custom production, slight variations and imperfections may occur. We are not responsible for any errors or issues resulting from the quality of the uploaded artwork.

5. Shipping and Delivery

a. Shipping: We will ship products to the address provided in your order. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

b. Delivery: We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by shipping carriers. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

a. Custom Products: Due to the personalized nature of custom products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

b. Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a description and photo of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

a. Ownership: All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Prime Source Solutions, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

b. Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
