a. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment is received. During peak seasons or high demand periods, processing times may be extended. Custom products or large orders may require additional processing time.
b. Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will include your order details and an estimated processing time.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
a. Standard Shipping: Delivery typically within 5-7 business days after processing.
b. Expedited Shipping: Delivery typically within 2-3 business days after processing.
c. Overnight Shipping: Delivery by the next business day after processing.
Shipping times may vary based on the destination and the shipping method selected.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping method selected. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier's website.

c. Delayed Deliveries: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
8. Custom Products
Due to the personalized nature of custom products, additional processing time may be required. We will provide an estimated shipping date when your order is confirmed.
